How come he chose Orochimaru over leaf village? Werdo! Even for more power to destroy his Itachi (Weasel in English)! I feel kinda bad for Sakura who loved him! Now that was cold! At least he did kill Orochimaru and then his brother and came back! I gotta hand it to him, he is not smart, but he did remain at least kinda close to the leaf!
